Due to its high bluff setting, there are panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, white water, Catalina Island, Dana Point Harbor and gorgeous evening sunsets. Home values are dependent on views, location, home size and neighborhood amenities. There are both guard gated and non-guard gated neighborhoods to choose from. Home values range in price from 350,000 dollars to approximately four million dollars for custom built water front homes.
