The Irvine Business Complex is one section of the Airport Area of Irvine, California. The Airport Area also includes the Financial District. The Irvine Business Complex is home to four different condo groups, some are individual buildings and others are a group of different buildings in the same complex. There are both high rise and mid-rise condo buildings in the IBC area. Irvine Business Complex is located west of the 405 Freeway all the way to the Newport Beach city limits.
