Liberty is a development in the mid-sized master planned community of West Irvine in Irvine, California. This home tract consists of 150 detached two story single family homes.  Liberty was built by Lewis Homes in 1999. Home plans have three or four bedrooms and two or three bathrooms, with square footage ranging from 1,500 square feet to 2,000 square feet. There are five home plans to choose from. Each home has a two car garage. Liberty home prices are between $700,000 and $900,000. Tustin Ranch Golf Club and Tustin Sports Park are both nearby offering a variety of recreational activities. Valencia Park is adjacent to the Liberty development. Students living in Liberty attend the award winning Tustin Unified School District, specifically Myford Elementary School, Pioneer Middle School and Beckman High School. Myford Elementary is within walking distance. The Santa Ana Unified School District serves students living in the Airport Area of Irvine. In addition, there are 29 private schools in Irvine, which serve approximately 4,400 students. A sampling of these 29 schools includes: LePort, Crean Lutheran South High School, International Academy of Irvine, Marden School and Pacific Academy. There area a large number of colleges and universities in Irvine: The University of California at Irvine, Concordia University, California State University Fullerton-Irvine Campus, University of Southern California, Brandman University, Alliant International University, University of LaVerne, Chicago School of Professional Psychology -- Irvine, Pepperdine University, Irvine Valley Community College, Santiago Canyon Community College and Orange Coast Community College.

Irvine has a Mediterranean type climate, giving the city gorgeous year round weather. Irvine has miles of trails throughout the city.
