Millie Fleurs is a development in the medium size master planned community of Woodbury in Irvine.  Millie Fleurs is the smallest home tract in Woodbury. This home tract is made-up of 158 detached single family homes split between two sections: Peppertree Square and Cypress Square. These homes have open air courtyards, casitas and loggias. Homes have a two car garage.

Cypress Square: This section of Millie Fleurs has 78 detached single family homes. These homes have a Provencal and Tuscan architectural style. The lot sizes range from 5,000 square feet to 7,000 square feet.
