Princeton Townhomes is an established neighborhood in the small master planned community of University Town Center Irvine, California. These townhomes were built in 1985 by Irvine Pacific, with 300 units. Many townhomes have been remodeled and updated in recent years. This is a gated community. Among the many amenities offered by the Town Center association are swimming pools, tennis courts, volleyball courts, soccer fields, a tot lot and barbeque areas. The William Mason Regional Park is located in the heart of the University Town Center development. The Princeton homeowners’ association has a monthly fee of approximately $285. The Town Center Association has a twice yearly maintenance fee of approximately $200. Students in the University Town Center development attend Turtle Rock Elementary School, Rancho San Joaquin Middle School and University High School. University of California, Irvine is just a few minutes from University Town Center. Residents have many shopping and dining choices at either the Campus Plaza or University Center shopping areas.
