Shady Canyon is a small master planned luxury development that is within the Turtle Rock development located in Irvine, California. Shady Canyon, itself is 800 acres, it is surrounded by 16,000 acres of natural sanctuary.  This is a gated development of four home tracts. There are a total of approximately 400 residences in Shady Canyon, with 1000 residents. Architectural styles seen this area are mainly Mediterranean and Tuscan.   The Shady Canyon homeowners’ association offers many resort style amenities including a clubhouse, swimming pool and spa.  The Shady Canyon Golf Course is in the center of the development with the homes surrounding it.
