Stonetree is a development in the medium size master planned community of Woodbury in Irvine. This development is made-up of 91 detached two story single family homes. Stonetree was built by John Laing Homes between 2005 and 2006. There are three home plans to choose from. The square footage of these homes is between 1,900 square footage and 2,300 square feet, with three or four bedrooms and three to 3.5 bathrooms. Homes have park views. Each home has an attached direct access two car garage. Lot sizes are between 2,500 square feet and 5,000 square feet. The home prices range from $850,000 to 1.1 million dollars. Among the many terrific amenities provided by the homeowners’ association are swimming pools, spas, tennis courts, basketball courts, sand volleyball courts and a clubhouse. The masters’ homeowners’ association is the Woodbury Community Association with monthly fees of approximately $90. The sub-association is the Stonetree Manor Homeowners’ Association with monthly fees of approximately $145. Stonetree students attend the distinguished schools in the Irvine Unified School District, specifically Woodbury Elementary School, Sierra Vista Middle School and Irvine High School. The Woodbury Town Center is nearby with a variety of shopping and dining choices. Both the Woodbury Town Center and the Woodbury Elementary School are within walking distance.
