Sycamore is a development in the large master planned community of Turtle Rock in Irvine, California. This development was built by Greystone Homes, a division of the Lennar Company, in 2004. Sycamore is one of three developments that make up the Shady Canyon development in Turtle Rock. The three Shady Canyon neighborhoods are built around the Shady Canyon Golf Course. These homes have four or five bedrooms and five or six bathrooms. The square footage of Sycamore homes is between 4,000 square feet and 6,000 square feet. Home prices range from four million dollars to 4.2 million dollars. There are many amenities offered to residents of Sycamore such as swimming pools, spas, clubhouse, exercise room, outdoor entertainment space and tennis courts. There are many parks throughout Turtle Rock with walking trails. The Turtle Rock Nature Center is located in this village with outdoor classrooms and lots of local wildlife. There are three golf courses nearby: Shady Canyon Golf Club, Oak Creek Golf Club and Strawberry Fields Golf Course. Sycamore students attend the award winning schools of the Irvine Unified School District, specifically Turtle Rock Elementary School, Rancho San Joaquin Middle School and University High School. There are many shopping and dining choices the Irvine Spectrum Shopping Center and South Coast Plaza.
