Tustin Field is a master planned community in Tustin, California. Tustin Field is on the border of Tustin and the City of Irvine. This is a large mastered planned development that is divided into two sections; Tustin Field I and Tustin Field II. Tustin Field I is east of Jamboree Road. It is bordered by Edinger Avenue, Harvard Avenue, Warner Avenue and Irvine Center Drive. Tustin Field II is on the other side Edinger and bordered by Harvard Avenue, Moffett and Peters Canyon Regional Trail. Tustin Field I and II were built by John Laing Homes in 2006. There are nineteen home tracts between the two halves, with condos, attached townhomes, detached townhomes and singe family neighborhoods. Tustin Field I is made-up of 376 paired homes, detached cluster homes and attached townhomes. Tustin Field I is the higher density development. Tustin Field II is made-up of 189 detached single family homes. The square footage in these residences is between 1,275 square feet and 3,900 square feet, with home plans offering from two to five bedroom options and two to four bathroom options. Home prices are between $380,000 and 1.4 million dollars. The Tustin Field homeowners’ association provides residents with community pools, spas, a clubhouse, a park with playground, picnic area and an outdoor barbeque area to use. Students living in Tustin Field attend schools in the awarded winning Irvine School District. Residents are nearby Tustin Marketplace and Irvine Spectrum Shopping Center.
